What are the payment terms?
All orders must be paid in full by credit card prior to shipment.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer flat rate shipping of $25 on all orders. All shipments are sent via UPS.
Do you offer protected distribution?
Yes. We provide fair market protection for all active accounts.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. The annual minimum is $1,000.
What is your return authorization policy?
Any imperfections, defects, or product concerns must be reported within two weeks of receiving the shipment to be eligible for a replacement, repair, or credit.
What is the turnaround time for reorders?
If the product is in stock, orders typically ship within two business days. If a style is not currently in stock, estimated lead time is 2–6 weeks for arrival from Italy.
